We always have a door decorating contest for Read Across America day.  We always have the students help us with the decorations.  They stars have their school photo on it and they also wrote the name of their favorite book.  They got a cup of goldfish crackers for helping us.

This is what ended up happening in my art journal last week.  I did one just about the same in the circle journal.  I just changed the quote.  It didn't turn out the way I saw it in my head, but it still ended up okay!

I am another group of cards for our card swap group.  I had a bunch of these Tim Holtz Crazy Birds already colored, so I made the backgrounds to match.  I hope they like them.

We had a crop today at my school.  This bunch of girls always has a good time.  I am so thankful for their friendship, always!
