This is an experiment. I read somewhere...can't remember where...if you seperate the bananas from the bunch, they will not ripen as fast. I usually buy, 2 ready to eat, 2 with just a little green around the top and 2 that are mostly green. I usually eat one a day.
You will have to let me know how this experiment goes. I dislike buying bananas because they ripen too quickly.
