I cut the school of fish at the bottom using the border on Life Is A Beach. I cut the large fish and layers and cuttlebugged them with the bubbles folder. I inked each of the pieces to give them some dimension. I added the googlie eyes. The diver was cut, inked and his trunks were cuttlebugged with the swiss dots folder. The waves are bazzill border strips that I found in my "stuff". I cuttlebugged them and inked them, too!
