We went to eat at Flat Top Grill for lunch today. It is located in the Shoppes of Grand Prairie in Peoria. This is one of the works of art which was placed in the inner walk way. It represents the Glen Oak Zoo. When the statue was first viewed...the tail of the lion was up more in line with his back. There was a lot of news coverage about this lion and the residents of Peoria thought the tail was too high, exposing too much of the lion's "business". So the artist figured out a way to place the tail at a lower position...giving the lion a little modesty!
