I love fresh pineapple! Jim has been stopping at Aldi's to get a couple of pineapples for me every couple of weeks. Today they were on sale for $1.19.

- Hello, my name is Aprile. I enjoy scrapbooking, making cards and altering items. My creations took a turn for the better when I bought my Cricut and Cuttlebug. I have upgraded to a Silhouette. There is definitely a learning curve, but getting more comfortable with it everyday. I haven't looked back! I have been married to a wonderful man (Jim) for 46 years. He lets me buy all the scrapbook supplies I can hide! I am retired now and look forward to everyday. Always wondering what project to get started!! Thanks for looking at my life in pictures. It is hard to believe I have been taking a photo a day and journaling about since 2009!

ReplyDeleteI too love fresh pineapple! I try to get it when King Soopers has it on sale 10 for $10! I actually recently tasted a grilled pineapple with I think cinnamon. It was SOOOO good.
ReplyDeleteoh man we love pineapple here. We were at Sams tonight and Robert wanted to get 6 slices for almost $8 I told him no way.
ReplyDeleteJim bought me a tool to core the pineapple with. It is stainless steel and has teeth along the bottom. When you twist it through the pineapple...it cores it and slices it at the same time in a spiral! I will use it for one of my POTD!
ReplyDeleteI've alergic to fresh pineapple for years and tried some last year and could eat it agian...it is also one of my favorites!
