Oh so good!

John, Stacie, Cathy and I had an appointment at the Wheel Art Pottery Studio. When we got there, Cathy called to say she was not feeling well. Our instructor got his calendar mixed up and he was somewhere across the state. We are going to try again next week!
We drove to Kenosha, Wisconsin. Here we are sitting on the shore of Lake Michigan. I used the timer on my camera to take this picture. I'm sure that anyone who was watching, was laughing at us. I know we were! It was a beautiful day!
Yes, this is still Coco's favorite toy right now. He pushed it up on my recliner so I would play with him. I think there are 10 squeakers left in his body. They are stitched in individual squares, so he has to chew each one free!
I went to a Zentangle class with my friend Marggie. She loves to Zentangle as much as I do! This class was taught by a Certified Zentangle Teacher. Which means she paid the $1,500 to take the class from Rick and Maria who are the developers of Zentangle.
We have been ordering supplies for the beginning of the school year. This box arrived all beat up. When I opened it, all of the colored paper packages had been broken open. It is very hard to feed rippled paper through the copy machine. I called the company and they are going to pick this paper up, send us new paper and give us a discount for our trouble.
This is my first attempt to add color to my Zentangle. This really is Zen Doodling, since it is not on a 3 1/2" square. I would rather make my doodling on this 5x7 paper. I do like it with the color added, but it still goes against my grain!
Nikki had the new Stampin' Up! catalog party at the library this evening. We got to see some of the new Christmas stamps that are coming out soon. I made two different birthday cards, too! I won a package of the new Halloween paper from the holiday catalog!
