Day 25, Wednesday, January 25, 2023

We woke up to snow this morning.  It was a really heavy snow.  Coco had a puppy spa day so we were up and out the door early.  We went to Parkside to exercise.  We stopped at the grocery store, too.  The groomer called as soon as we got home, so it was a short time for Coco to be there.

Day 24, Tuesday, January 24, 2023

I went to all three of the shops that are selling our purses/bags to bring in new items and remove some that aren't selling in that location.  It was a busy day!

Day 23, Monday, January 23, 2023

I am taking the Print Shop class from Vicki Boutin.  She is trying a different approach to her class.  We are doing some prep work before the album class begins on Saturday.

Day 22, Sunday, January 22, 2023

This dog!  He can fall asleep anywhere and usually in odd positions.

Day 21, Saturday, January 21, 2023

Jim and I went to see the movie, "A Man Called Otto".  We still had a little left on a gift card.  We like Tom Hanks.  It was a different story line, but we did like the movie.

Day 20, Friday, January 20, 2023

I have been working every spare minute I have on my December Daily.  This year, I didn't work on the album at all during December.  I had all the pages built from taking Vicki Boutin's class.  I took pictures and just didn't print them until the month was over.

Day 19, Thursday, January 19, 2023

Jim got up feeling worse this morning.  He took another Covid test.  It was negative.  I think its time he goes to the doctor.

Day 18, Wednesday, January 18, 2023

Our great niece, Lily is 4 years old, today!  How can that be?

Day 17, Tuesday, Janaury 17, 2023

I created this layout for my friend Crafting Auntie for her kit club.  These photos are from New Year's Day last year.

Day 16, Monday, January 16, 2023

I have been working on my December Daily.  I didn't do any pages in December.  Just took the photos and enjoyed the holidays.  Now I have all the photos and jounraling done.  Just going back through and adding embellishments.  I hope to have it done this week.

Day 15, Sunday, January 15, 2023

I had to use my extra large cup to make hot cocoa!  I painted this cup at Art at the Bodega last January.

Day 14, Saturday, January 14, 2023

Lisa, Kellee and I went to a crop in East Peoria, hosted by Kenna.  She was fund raising for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention after losing her friend from college to suicide.

Day 13, Friday, January 13, 2023

I got a new phone a couple of weeks ago.  Mine was 6 1/2 years old and wouldn't update anymore.  I have been watching videos about my iphone 14 pro max.  This is a bluejay on the very tip of the branch using 15 megapixel with my phone.  I can got to 48 megapixel, but that would take up a lot of storage space on my phone.

Day 12, Thursday, January 12, 2023

I got this monthly scrapbook page tracker from another Facebook scrap booker I follow.  I did pretty good keeping track of the layouts I did up until September.  I fell behind, not because I wasn't working on my pictures and pages, but because I was working on mini albums.  I didn't count those as layouts.

Day 11, Wednesday, January 11, 2023

We have been going to the gym Monday through Friday for a long time now.  I feel so much better when I exercise in the morning.

Day 10, Tuesday, January 10, 2023

We went to Costco to pick up some things.  We ate lunch at Chick Salad Chick.  It was so good!  I went to do some more errands when we got home while Jimmy took his nap.  It went from bad to worse as I ran around town.  Ending with the gallon of distilled water falling out of the car and splitting open, leaking everywhere!  UGH!

Day 9, Monday, January 9, 2023

I love to drink hot cocoa when it is really cold outside.  Stacie gave me this Rae Dunn cup last year for Christmas!

Day 8, Sunday, January 8, 2023

Our Totes for Ta-Ta's committee members gathered at Crafted to spend some time together!  We have hosted the Totes for Ta-Ta's event for 4 years now.  Between the Johnny Mac Golf Palooza and the Totes event, we have donated $108,000 to Illinois CancerCare!  We welcomed Tanya and Connie to our group!

Day 7, Saturday, January 7, 2023

We had 8 girls for our crop at Timeless Treasure Market.  Our first crop of 2023!  I just love spending time with my scrappy friends.

Day 6, Friday, January 6, 2023

It was Senior night for the Pekin High School Hockey Team.  Corbie Clark has played hockey since he could stand on the ice.  He has been the team captain for the last 2 years.  Next year, he will be off to college.  I just can't believe it!  His parents have supported him through all the years of hockey.  He also picked up golf the last few years!

Day 5, Thursday, January 5, 2023

Jim and I met Lisa and Dave at Railhouse for lunch!  Lisa came to Pekin to get her fingerprints done at the Regional Superintendents office.  She will start subbing for Woodford County Special Education.

Day 4, Wednesday, January 4, 2023

Tonight we went to Broadmoor to watch two of our favorite boys play basketball.  Evan played in the 7th grade game.  Kyler played in the 8th grade game.  They are on different teams, but this was a good opportunity to watch both of them.

Day 3, Tuesday, January 3, 2023

I have to wait for my new phone to get here.  It will be delivered by FedEx and I have to sign for it.  So I have been doing some Copic coloring on the kitchen table so I can hear the door.

Day 2, Monday, January 2, 2023

I made two wreaths today.  One is for our backdoor and the other one is for Gram Smith to put on her door.  I think she has one for every season, now.

Day 1, Sunday, January 1, 2023

I really hope to get some projects crossed off my never ending list!

Day 365, Saturday, December 31, 2022

For the past few years, on New Year's Eve I have been making a charcuterie board.  This year, it is really on a board.  We ate our dinner and watched TV as Nashville celebrated New Year's Eve.

Day 364, Friday, December 30, 2022

I spent the day with my friends at Timeless Treasure Market.  Lisa, Lily, Bekka and I always have a great time together.  In the evening, we went to the Curless' to give the kids their gifts.  Stacie always has to give Evan a hard time about "Dolly"!

Day 363, Thursday, December 29, 2022

Stacie posted this to Facebook today.  Thinking she was funny, but please don't ever use my fabric scissors to cut anything but fabric!  That's the rule and don't break it!!

Day 362, Wednesday, December 28, 2022

We went to Metro Center to pick up some storage containers for my paper at Joann's.  There are several Christmas settings along the sidewalk to take pictures.

Day 361, Tuesday, December 27, 2022

While there is snow on the ground and that is definitely not my favorite, I do love to see the sunset!
