Day 114, Thursday, April 23, 2020

We have a few little tiny daffodils along the back of our house.

Day 113, Wednesday, April 22, 2020

I didn't know until last spring, that tulips open and close everyday.

Day 112, Tuesday, April 21, 2020

Coco's eyes have been really bothering him the past few days and we were out of his allergy drops.  I called the vet and got a refill.  I had to wait in my car and they brought the drops out to me.

Day 111, Monday, April 20, 2020

I took all the Easter/Spring ornaments off my pencil tree today.  I decorated it with a beach theme. I have been collecting mostly glass ornaments for a few years.  There is a starfish for the top and the tree skirt is fishing net.

Day 110, Sunday, April 19, 2020

We did a Zoom meeting with our Totes committee members.  Lynn took this photo of those in attendance.

Day 109, Saturday, April 18, 2020

The beach is where I always want to go on vacation.  The Coronavirus cancelled my Spring Break trip on March 20, so I did this beach page in my art journal.

Day 108, Friday, April 17, 2020

Stacie brought us cinnamon rolls for breakfast this morning from Sweet Bean!  They are so good!

Day 107, Thursday, April 16, 2020

We went to Costco this morning during "senior hour".  Jim filled up the tank in my car.  The last time we filled it was March 7.

Day 106, Wednesday, April 15, 2020

It snowed overnight.  You can see where we had to cover the tulips!  Today is Jim's last day to work.

Day 105, Tuesday, April 14, 2020

I'm not sure how we got this one lonely Hyacinth, but it is coming up all by itself!

Day 104, Monday, April 13, 2020

I finished this art journal page, today. I have been digging through some scrapbook paper and decided to do this heart from scraps.  I used a selfie that we took from our trip to Maui in July 2017.

Day 103, Sunday, April 12, 2020

We have been going out for a drive, just to get out of the house.  We take Coco with us.  He like to go bye, bye and stays in his car seat.

Day 102, Saturday, April 11, 2020

Jim went to the office this afternoon to take some paperwork in.  He had this Wine Country basket sitting on his desk for a retirement gift from one of the brokers.

Day 101, Friday, April 10, 2020

Our tulips are looking really great.  It is predicted to be below freezing a couple of days next week, so we will have to cover them.

Day 100 Thursday, April 9, 2020

Coco had his spa day.  He was only a few days past his appointment, but was starting to chew on his feet.  I was glad he was able to go to the groomer today.

Day 99, Wednesday, April 8, 2020

Jim has been working from home since March 18.  He had planned to retire on the 31st.  But they asked him to work a couple more weeks.  He has been working half days since April 1st.

Day 98, Tuesday, April 7, 2020

This squirrel found something he or someone else had buried in our yard last fall.

Day 97, Monday, April 6, 2020

I got the cutest postcard today from Lizzy and Evan.  This photo is from Totes for Ta-Ta's auction where I won the highest bid on my Coach purse.

Day 96, Sunday, April 5, 2020

We wore our masks to get groceries this morning.

Day 95, Saturday, April 4, 2020

Jim planted new tulip bulbs last fall.  They are doing really good out front and in the back along the garage.

Day 94, Friday, April 3, 2020

I found a recipe for crab rangoon dip.  I made it for our lunch today.  It was really good and we will try it again.

Day 93, Thursday, April 2, 2020

I was trying to use some new inks on the background.  The red overtook the whole layout.  I do love the way the poppies turned out, just wish the background was lighter.  I may try using the poppies again, just not the ink in the background.

Day 92, Wednesday, April 1, 2020

I have been using the glue gun a lot lately.  I even bought a new small low temp glue gun and I still burn my fingertips!

Day 91, Tuesday, March 31, 2020

I created the background of this canvas about 3 years ago. I knew I wanted to put one of these "girls" on it.  I dug it out when I reorganized my art journal area and have been working on her just about everyday.  I have to allow the paint to dry between additions.

Day 90, Monday, March 30, 2020

I went to the grocery store this morning and bought all the fruits and veggies for the week. I washed them all, soaking them in vinegar water for a couple of hours.  I cut them up and packaged a "kit" for us to use for lunch everyday.

Day 89, Sunday, March 29, 2020

Jim smoked a meatloaf for us for dinner tonight.  I used hamburger and sweet Italian sausage.  I did stuff it with 3 different cheeses.  It was very good and we will definitely try this again.

Day 88, Saturday, March 28, 2020

We have been watching these crazy squirrels eating all the bird food we have been putting in our feeders.

Day 87, Friday, March 27, 2020

President Trump signed a bill to allow each citizen in the United States to get "stimulus" money to help our economy.  We aren't sure when we will get the funds, but at least it will help some of the people we are out of work because of the Coronavirus and "Shelter-in-place" order.

Day 86, Thursday, March 26, 2020

Coco doesn't seem to mind both of us at home now.  He just lays on the couch until one of us walks by or he wants to go outside.

Day 85, Wednesday, March 25, 2020

Since I have re-worked my art journal area, I have been creating a lot of journal pages.  This one seemed appropriate for today.

Day 84, Tuesday, March 24, 2020

At least this seems like a more positive statement.

Day 83, Monday, March 23, 2020

Today is Peyton's 18th birthday!  Happy Birthday!  I don't know where the time has gone.  He should not be 18!!
