Cindy and I completed 30 little treat boxes for our National Scrapbook Day friends. We made them from the curvy die box and filled them with candy!

Day 109, Sunday, April 19, 2015
Jim replaced the outside light on our front porch. This one is all rusty and it is hard to find one that mounts like this one. It is white and shiny now!
Day 108, Saturday, April 18, 2015
Coco likes to sit at the front door and watch the world go by. Mostly, birds, squirrels, cats...but he does get excited when he sees someone pull into our drive!

This little cutie is my great niece. She got her face painted over the weekend and is just as sweet as she can be.

Mrs. Dietrich hit the bunny sale after Easter. She bought them for our AR store for the students who have reached their goal. (The brown one smells like chocolate!)

I went to watch Peyton at his track meet. He is doing the long jump and 100 meter race. This jump was good and measured over 11 feet.

Day 99, Thursday, April 9, 2015
We stopped at the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign before we went to the airport for our flight home. The landing was the worst ever. We flew through thunder clouds. When the plane touched down, the passengers applauded the pilot!
Day 98, Wednesday, April 8, 2015
We drove back to Vegas this morning. We took this photo last night when we walked "below the rim". The trail was narrow is some places going down, but climbing back up where we had just walked down was a little more difficult. We were glad we walked about 1/4 mile on the trail near sunset.
Day 97, Tuesday, April 7, 2015
We went to Navajo Point in a Pink Jeep! The guide drove us from the South Rim to the East Rim and we stopped several points along the way. There is a big 4 story watch tower at this location. You can see the Colorado River and some of the rapids from here.
Day 96, Monday, April 6, 2015
Jim is so happy to be viewing the Grand Canyon. We drove from Vegas this morning. It took longer than we thought it would to get there, but it was worth the wait!
Day 95, Sunday, April 5, 2015
This is really a bad photo, however it is the only one from the air that isn't totally blurry. We flew to Las Vegas to drive to the Grand Canyon. We landed around 10:30, got to our hotel an hour later. We didn't get our key to our room until 2:30, which was 4:30 a.m. our time. Very short night, but excited to get to the Grand Canyon tomorrow!

Day 94, Saturday, April 4, 2015
I fixed my seahorse page. The pink seahorse was a very light pink. It needed to be quinacridone magenta. Much better!
Day 93, Friday, April 3, 2015
I should be doing about 1000 things today, however, I am working on this art journal page between loads of laundry, paying the bills and getting ready for our trip next week!
Day 91, Wednesday, April 1, 2015
Apparently, the rangers in Grand Canyon National Park, enjoy pulling an April Fool's joke on their facebook family. Jim and I are going there next week on Spring Break. Crossing it off Jim's Bucket List.
Day 89, Monday, March 30, 2015
I found these markers in my Zentangle stuff. I bought them almost two years ago and didn't like them for Zentangle. Fortunately, I found out that they work awesome for my art journal, though! (Gotta get a brown one!)
Day 88, Sunday, March 29, 2015
Brutis was born on tuesday, this week. He weighed in at 112 pounds. Usually, calves only weigh about 60-70 pounds. I walked out to the second pasture to get this picture. He was standing in the middle of the field and when he saw me, he went running to his momma!
Day 87, Saturday, March 28, 2015

We celebrated Peyton's 13th birthday at Whitey's. He says, "Whitey's rocks!" That boy can put away some chicken wings!
Day 78, Thursday, March 19, 2015
We got the news today, that John's Lymphona has relapsed. He had a chemo treatment today and will have another in 3 weeks. The doctor is going to watch him very closely for the next few weeks. JKLIVIN

We went to see John this evening. He is in the hospital for another biopsy. He had another 2 liters of fluid drained from his abdomen. Praying for our Johnny Mac, once again!
Day 70, Wednesday, March 11, 2015
It was really foggy this morning. I tried several times to get a photo of the sun, moon and fog. I finally got it when I got to school. Plus the shadows of the kids walking across the playground.
Day 68, Monday, March 9, 2015
I keep working on my Project 365 for 2014. Again, I am keeping it simple. I want to focus on the pictures and journaling, not the embellishments in this album.
Day 67, Sunday, March 8, 2015
I have been working on my Project 2014. I have been adding washi tape to the journal cards. Just to add some interest and keeping it simple.
