I voted today, for President of the United States.  This is the first time that I can say that I voted to keep another candidate out of office, not that I felt the one I voted for was the best choice.  I didn't think either candidate was a good choice to lead our country.

Jen, Cindy, Cyndi, Me, Rachel and Stacie, went to "Totes for Ta Ta's" in Morton this evening.  We bought new and used purses and totes to support breast cancer.  Cyndi bought the most purses at 8!  We had a really good time and are planning to go again next year.

Our little friend, Allie won the certificate at the school carnival for "Craft Day with Miss Aprile and Miss Cindy".  I'm not sure who had more fun, Allie or Me and Cindy!

There was a horrible hail storm this afternoon.  I had to go pick up Coco for the groomer.  It looked like it had been snowing!  I have never been in the car when it was hailing and I hope I am never in the car when that happens again!

We got to see Wicked at the Civic Center this afternoon.  Wicked has to be my most favorite play of all time.  We saw it a few years ago and I wanted to see it again!

We went to Starved Rock State Park for the day.  We walked to Wildcat Canyon.  It was a beautiful day and I walked 34 floors, too!  We ate dinner at Famous Dave's in Bloomington, using my birthday discount.

Marquette Heights is well known for the men's club Spook Hollow.  They set up a scary Halloween production in the woods behind the ball diamonds.  This year, they will have 3 weekends for the event.  They use the money to donate to other projects in the town.

Today was pet day in Miss Look's second grade class.  I came home at lunch time and picked up Coco.  He loves to come to school with me and have all the kids pet him.  He did all of his tricks for the students, today.

I was digging in my Halloween stuff, looking for a couple of costumes.  I found this mini book that I did several years ago.  There are many different pictures from our Halloween days.  This one, was our first Halloween together.  We went skating at the Chink Rink.  We won first prize for our Dracula and the Bride of Dracula!
