Day 34, February 3, 2018
I bought some of the picture book dies from Simon Says Stamp. They sure are cute little guys, but are a lot of work to put together. I might make some Christmas cards for our swap using these dies.
Day 33, February 2, 2018
Groundhog Day is always February 2. The little guy saw his shadow, so that means there will be 6 more weeks of winter. I hope he is wrong because I am over the cold weather.
Day 31, January 31, 2018
100 days of school. That is where we are right now. One of the kindergarten classes made capes related to the 100th day of school.
Day 30, January 30, 2018
Nate has been working jigsaw puzzles since the day after Christmas. This one is 2,000 pieces and he finally finished it today. It is missing one piece. I bought this one at Goodwill.
Day 28, January 28, 2018
I decided to make Valentine cards for my swap card instead of the birthday card for this month. The birthday card will be for April.
Day 24, January 24, 2018
I ate lunch in my car at the park. This tree has so many interesting rows of bark. There was a squirrel that was busy finding food to eat.
Day 22, January 22, 2018
AJ came to school to talk to our students about raising money for St Jude. He founded the "I Hate Cancer Club" when he was about 7 years old. I can't wait to see how much money these little guys bring to school to help other children.
Day 21, January 21, 2018
I have been working on my swap cards for next month. We have 8 girls who are still willing to make cards and exchange with each other.
Day 19, January 19, 2018
Cindy and I went to a card class at Nikki's shop. We made 6 cards, mostly birthday cards. It was a fun night stamping with my friends.
Day 18, January 18, 2018
One year ago today, John lost his fight with Lymphoma. I miss him everyday and I know there are tons of people who miss him like I do. My life was forever changed when John stepped into my life and it was forever changed when he passed ago. I Hate Cancer!
Day 16, January 16, 2018
I completed my Project 365 album this past weekend. I have been doing this project, taking a photo everyday and journaling about it, for 9 years.
