At 5:30 p.m., my dad was transferred to Rosewood Nursing Home to begin his journey to recovery. He has been in the hospital for 21 days and can't even sit up in a chair for more than a few minutes. It was necessary to move him by ambulance because he couldn't make the trip in a wheelchair by bus. One of the nurses told me that for each day he was down, it will take 3 days to recover. That means 63 days...I hope not!
