Jim bought me a new ipad for my birthday. We got it all set up and my headphones wouldn't work because it is completely wireless. We ordered a "pigtail" to use, but they still won't work. After calling apple, they sent a new pigtail, but they are still not working. My Beats headphones won't work, but my $5 ear buds do!!
