Cousins Lobster food truck was scheduled to be in Menard's parking lot, today. We each got the Connecticut style sandwich and shared the lobster bisque soup. This sandwich is lobster with butter on a toasted bun. Not a hot dog bun, Italian bread butterflied and toasted on both sides. This is just like the sandwiches we had in Portland, Maine on the water front a few years ago!
