Got the end of my pointer finger with the knife while I was cutting our salad for lunch. I didn't get any stitches, just cleaned it out good.

It rained really hard for several hours this afternoon and evening. We went bowling at Sunset Lanes. We bowled two games and ate dinner at Kouri's.

We ate dinner at One World Cafe'. The first friday of the month, the local artist have an open house in downtown Peoria. We walked down the alley from one of the studios. There was sign painted on the bricks that said, "Park Jim". Had to get a picture of that!

I bought 2 pounds of strawberries recently. They are really sweet this year.

I attended school here from 3rd to part of 7th grade. It isn't being used as a grade school any longer. I walked to school everyday. I walked home everyday for lunch and back to school for the rest of the day. I can remember walking those halls, climbing those steps, singing in the gym and learning to paint in the art class.

Nikki had a card class at the Miller Center. We made some nice cards.

Our card swap was tonight at Panera in East Peoria. I love my card making girlfriends. They are really talented!
